1. Order Cancellation by Customer

  • Before Dispatch:
    You may cancel your shipment booking before it is dispatched without any penalty. Please contact our customer support team immediately to request a cancellation.
  • After Dispatch:
    Once the shipment has been dispatched or is in transit, cancellations are not permitted. In such cases, the full service fee will apply.

2. Bulk or Contractual Shipments

For bulk shipments or contractual logistics services, cancellations must be made in accordance with the terms agreed upon in the service contract. Cancellation charges, if any, will be specified in the agreement.

3. Cancellation by CARGONINJA

We reserve the right to cancel a shipment or service in certain cases, including but not limited to:

  • Incomplete or incorrect booking details
  • Non-payment or payment failure
  • Shipment of prohibited or restricted items
  • Unforeseen operational or legal issues

If we cancel your booking, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide a full refund if payment has already been made (unless the cancellation is due to a violation of our policies).

4. Refunds

Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for full details.
