1. Service Issues & Eligibility for Refunds
We offer refunds in the following cases:
- If your shipment is lost or misplaced due to our fault.
- If the delivery is significantly delayed beyond the agreed timeline, and the delay is caused by us.
- If we are unable to fulfill your order for any reason.
Please note: Refunds are not applicable for delays or issues caused by incorrect information provided by the customer (such as wrong address or contact details), natural disasters, strikes, or other force majeure events.
2. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact us within 7 days of the incident by providing:
- Your order/tracking number.
- A detailed explanation of the issue.
- Any supporting documents (if applicable).
3. Refund Processing
Once your request is reviewed and approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment. In some cases, we may offer store credit or service credits as an alternative.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds in the following cases:
- If the delivery was completed successfully as per the provided details.
- If delays or failures occurred due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest).
- If the refund request is made after 7 days of the incident.
5. Service Cancellation
If you wish to cancel a shipment before it has been dispatched, please contact us immediately. Cancellations are only accepted if the shipment has not yet been processed or picked up.
